feast – plates, napkins, the works.

INGREDIENTS 

We are Colorado proud, and use local and seasonal ingredients in our BBQ catering services as much as possible. We make everything from our barbecue catering menu in-house from smoked meats to our special BBQ sauce. All the meat and seafood we use is sustainably raised and sourced so you can pig out with a clean conscience.

  • Do You Have a Menu You Can Send Us?

    Fortunately for you, we don’t. We’re completely custom and create unique menus for each individual event that we do. We will work with you to design a menu that matches your style, taste, dietary restrictions, and budget. Let your personality show through your entire event, including your menu.


    If you’re looking for picnic or outdoor catering, we do have a BBQ menu. Check out our full page on BBQ and outdoor catering. If you’d like an idea of the type of food we serve, you can also view our monthly corporate luncheon special and sample menus on our wedding page.

  • Do You Have a Minimum Food Cost?

    We do have minimums but they vary based on season as well as day of the week. Please contact our event design team to find out more.

  • How Much Notice Do You Need From Me to Book My Event?

    We require at least 48 hours. However, to guarantee availability, we recommend as much notice as possible.

  • Can You Cater to Dietary Needs and Special Requests?

    Yes! Since we are completely custom, we’ll work with you to design a menu that fits any requests or dietary preferences. 

  • Do You Provide Military Discounts?

    We value our military and support them as much as possible. We offer an active duty military discount to our service men and women!
