Let Us Do The Rest

We can’t wait to create a one of a kind catering experience for your entire wedding to enjoy!

A Wedding Menu
Inspired By You

There is no set wedding menu; the Relish experience is all about personalization. Our chefs make everything from scratch with the best quality Colorado ingredients, and every wedding menu is customized. We want to hear your unique story and make a menu full of fresh food and unique dishes that represent your special day. Start a conversation with a Relish Event Designer by sharing a few details and we’ll give you a call to talk more and schedule a tasting catered to your needs.

Local & Fresh

Besides the newlyweds, food is the next most important ingredient for a memorable wedding so we’ll make sure to take care of this. Our chefs use Colorado-fresh ingredients as much as possible and all meat and seafood is sustainably raised and sourced. Our customized wedding menus are unique and seasonal, truly showcasing the local goodness the Denver area has to offer. Your unique wedding catering experience will be remembered as fun and simple, and you and your guests will remember our food with the happiest of memories.

Sample Wedding

Check out some of our menus from recent weddings, but keep in mind we truly like to personalize each menu to make every event special.

Natalie & John’s Menu

Natalie and John are huge fans of food and wanted to incorporate as many options as possible for their guests. This made small plates the perfect choice. Relish crafted a small plate menu full of spring time favorites, and ended the meal with an array of desserts including a late night fudge bar.

Jena & Collin’s Menu

Jena and Collin hosted their reception in the beautiful Colorado outdoors in September. So Relish put together a delicious, late summer menu that showcased local and seasonal ingredients. Did we mention this involved chicken and waffle bites with apple cider sriracha?

Tim & Henry’s Menu

This couple fell in love during the fall and wanted their wedding to reflect their favorite season. Relish created a custom, autumn-inspired menu. From passed creamy pumpkin soup shooters and chicken dumplings to yummy and creative salads, this couple’s menu was a hit with carnivores and vegans alike!

Still have QUESTIONS?

Read our FAQ below:

Do you have a wedding menu you can send us?

Fortunately for you, we don’t. At Relish we are completely custom. We create unique menus for each individual wedding that we do. We will work with you to design a wedding menu that matches your style, taste, dietary restrictions and budgets. Let your personality show through your entire wedding, including your menu. Check out a few sample menus for weddings we’ve done in the past.

Do you have a minimum food cost?

In order to guarantee a spectacular event, we do have a $2500 food minimum for weddings. Keep in mind this can be used for hors d’oeuvre, dinner, late night snacks and even desserts.

When should I select my wedding caterer?

We recommend choosing your wedding caterer 9-12 months prior to your event date. It is really important that you have selected your wedding venue prior to starting the caterer selection process.  Since we are full service it is important that your wedding designer knows where your reception will be so that we can get you the most accurate proposal possible.

We do fill up most weekends from May through October, therefore we suggest putting down your deposit a little earlier for these months.

Do you provide wedding cakes?

We have a very talented pastry chef, while she is certainly capable of doing full size wedding cakes, it is not a service we currently offer. We do however do ceremonial cutting cakes and fantastic dessert bars. Talk to our event designers about creating a dessert bar custom for you.

What’s included in your proposal?

Your event designer will put together a proposal that includes as much or as little as you want.  Being that we are full service we typically include the food, equipment rentals (linens, china, flatware, etc.), and staff.  Since we are planning 9-12 months out these numbers may adjust based on your final selections and guest counts.

Do you have extra fees? (Cake cutting, admin fees, etc)

We do have a 19% Admin Fee that is industry standard. This fee covers “bringing the restaurant experience and quality to you”. This will be on your detailed proposal that we design for you.  There are no itemized fees on the event date that you need to be aware of. Your proposal will include everything.

Can I have a food truck at my wedding?

Sure! It is your wedding, you can have whatever you want!!  You will want to confirm with your venue that they allow it, but we will work with you to make sure everything is taken care of.  Relish does still require the $2,500 food minimum be met, but that can be used for hors d’oeuvre, desserts, or even late night snacks

Do I get a discount if I use you for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding day?

Yes!  We offer a “multiple event” discount if you book us for more than one event during the celebration!  We can do rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions, morning after brunches, or any other type of party!

How far outside of Denver will you travel?

Relish will travel anywhere within the state of Colorado. Depending on the location and travel times, additional fees may apply (staff hours, lodging, per diem, etc.).

Is it best to book the caterer or the venue first?

We recommend booking your venue first so we can provide an accurate quote since all venues have different logistical needs including rentals, staff, etc. If you need recommendations for venues that we have partnerships with please check out our venue page.

Can I taste the food before booking?

We encourage our clients to come in and have a chef’s choice tasting and to design a custom menu that matches your vision for your wedding day.

What options do you have for guests with dietary restrictions?

Since we are a custom caterer we work hard to accommodate all dietary restrictions.

Can you provide the alcohol?

As a caterer in Colorado we are not allowed to provide or sell any alcohol to our clients.  We are happy to help coordinate with one of our partners in providing the alcohol to your event, and while we can’t provide the alcohol, we are licensed to serve it.

Can I provide my own alcohol?

Depending on the location of your event, you may be able to provide your own alcohol. If you are at a venue that has a liquor license and provides the alcohol, you will have to purchase it from them. If you are at a venue that allows outside alcohol to be brought in, you are welcome to provide it yourself.

Do you charge a cake cutting fee?

Relish does not charge a cake cutting fee, it is part of our services as a full service caterer.

Can you provide dinnerware, glassware & flatware?

As a full service caterer we will help you with all of your rental needs. We work with several vendors that have a variety of options available for you to choose from.

Do you provide vendor meals?

Relish always wants to make sure our partners are well fed for your event. We provide four complementary vendor meals.

What is your server to guest ratio?

Relish wants to make sure that your event goes flawlessly so our staffing ratios are dependent on the type of food service (plates, family style, buffet, etc.) as well as the logistics involved to make your event run smoothly.  Our average ratio for a buffet style dinner is one server per 20 guests and one bartender per 75 guests. This can vary based on the specific details of your event.
