For a little Colorado summer “Throw Back Thursday”, we wanted to feature one of our fantastic weddings from this past Summer.  Chris and Polly had a fantastic wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield and featured the best menu a late summer wedding can have!  Their menu featured:
